Rediscover wine through the prism of cocoa. Accompanied by a selection of chocolates from different origins, this adventure takes your palate on a gustatory journey. Enjoy a tasting that is both harmonious and full of contrasts between our wines and an assortment of chocolates specially selected by a local Master Chocolatier. This sensory experience will allow you to discover how the aromas and flavours of red wine blend perfectly with the subtle notes of cocoa (100% fair trade).

Wine & Cheese
Château Clarisse invites you to enjoy a gourmet experience celebrating wine and cheese pairings, featuring a selection of four cheeses curated by our local affineur.
The visit offers an immersion into the winemaker’s craft and the key stages of wine production: the vineyard, the vat room, and finally the barrel cellar, where the wine gradually takes shape through the ageing process.
The experience continues with a convivial tasting of the estate’s wines served alongside a cheese board, either in the elegant dining room of Villa Héloïse or beneath the shade of our centuries-old lime tree.
A delightful opportunity to explore pairings, understand how certain cheeses enhance a wine’s fruit, structure, or freshness, and savour local specialties.

An accessible yet richly rewarding tasting experience, whether you are a curious beginner or a seasoned wine enthusiast.
At Villa Héloïse, you will taste three Château Clarisse wines from two neighbouring appellations: Puisseguin-Saint-Émilion, including the Vieilles Vignes cuvée, and Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux.
Glass after glass, we explore what shapes the character of each wine: terroir, grape varieties, vinification and ageing. The aim is simple: to help you identify the differences and put words to your impressions, while offering those who wish to go further a more refined understanding of balance, tannin texture, aromatic precision and length on the palate.
