Our wines

Château Clarisse ” Vielles Vignes ” Puisseguin-Saint Emilion

Our iconic cuvée, featuring our old Merlot vines, some of which are over 70 years old. Blended with Cabernet Franc and, since 2019, Carmenère, the result is a silky wine with melting tannins that will delight connoisseurs and connoisseurs alike. One of the jewels in the appellation’s crown, this wine is perfect with game or strong-flavored meats, and has excellent ageing potential.

Château Clarisse Puisseguin-Saint-Emillion

Our generic cuvée, a perfect marriage of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, a blend that has made the reputation of the great wines of St. Emilion throughout the world. A wine that’s both light and powerful, it’s sure to delight the greatest number of people, accompanied by fine red meats.

Château Clarisse Castillon Côtes De Bordeaux

Our only single-varietal cuvée, 100% Merlot from an exceptional clay-limestone terroir. A fruity, gourmet wine to be enjoyed both young and after a few years’ cellaring, destined to become one of the appellation’s top wines.

Olivia and Didier Le Calvez, driven by a passion for wine, a desire to return to their roots and a taste for a challenge, have been making their own wine since 2010, in one of the most illustrious regions of the Bordeaux constellation, the Saint-Emilionnais, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
